1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the XPRIO platform, available at xprio.com and through the associated mobile applications.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the XPRIO platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of services

XPRIO offers a SaaS solution that allows restaurant owners and food businesses to:

  • Create and manage a custom mobile application (iOS and Android)
  • Create and manage an online ordering website
  • Manage menus, products and promotions
  • Track orders in real time
  • Manage deliveries and GPS tracking
  • Set up a loyalty program

4. Registration and account

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Free trial

XPRIO offers a 10-day free trial that includes all features. During this period:

  • Your website is fully functional
  • Mobile applications can be previewed but are not published to the stores
  • No payment card is required

6. Pricing and payment

After the free trial, use of XPRIO requires payment of a monthly subscription. Prices are listed exclusive of tax and may vary by country. Payment is made by automatic debit.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds are issued for unused periods.

8. User obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the services in accordance with their intended purpose
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the services for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures

9. Intellectual property

XPRIO remains the owner of the platform, the source code and all associated technologies. The user retains ownership of their content (menus, images, etc.).

10. Limitation of liability

XPRIO is committed to providing a quality service but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

XPRIO reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille.
